What do you do about it?

Me? I make music, plan more music and then make more music. Oh, and sometimes I meditate, sometimes I go for a walk (not right now cause it is so damn hot here) sometimes I just veg out and watch old shows or movies that remind me of better times and make me happy! Sometimes I just scream, go ahead, it’s OK to scream, let it all out, release the tensions inside.
